Complaints

Our aim at Independent Legal Assessors Ltd is to be aware and meet our Regulator’s expectations by giving a good service. As we do not deal directly with the public we do not accept comments or complaints from the same. We can only make investigations raised by Regulators.

In the unlikely event that a client believes this has not occurred we have a panel of three (Hala Helmi, Nigel Mitchell and David Phillips) that may be called upon to consider the complaint.

The complaint should be submitted by email and within 3 months of the date of incident.

Two of the three panel will process the complaint within 4 weeks of receipt thus eliminating the possibility should one of these panel members being named in the said investigation.
