It is with great sadness that we announce that Iain Ross passed away on Sunday 12th March 2023.
Iain was a founding member of ILA and had been with us for 8.5 years.
He was highly respected in his roles as Legal Assessor and Immigration Judge.
He was our dear friend and colleague and was extremally popular amongst Regulators with his no nonsense and nothing was ever too much trouble approach.
Our thoughts and condolences are with his husband Hiroshi, his family and friends at this time.
We will share further information as to arrangements when they are known.
